Human Resources Officer

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Human Resources Officer to join our team.  In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing a full spectrum of human resources functions in providing end-to-end employee life cycles' support from onboarding to offboarding to support our company's growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition & management, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations and policy development
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to salary negotiation and offering
• Prepare on/offboarding document and conduct HR Orientation for new joiner(s)
• Perform the digitalization of HR record and workflow including p-file and HR document scanning etc. and maintain the filing system
• Ensure data accuracy in HRIS and consolidate relevant data from multiple sources for timely reporting and analysis purposes
• Handle related enquiries in accordance with the company’s policies and processes
• Assist in planning and executing human resources strategies to meet the operational needs of the departments
• Assist in various HR projects and people initiatives, ensuring processes in employee cycle are fully met with company standard and strategies
• Drive innovation in HR programs and streamline internal procedures to achieve business efficiency
• Participate in HR projects and programs as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in Human Resources in multinational corporations
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices, with proven track record of successfully identifying and attracting top talent
• Good team player with strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility, reliable and organized
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS SharePoint, Excel, Word, Power Point
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
• Immediately available is highly preferred
