Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions, such as talent  acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relations
• Handle all aspects of payroll administration including payroll calculation, final payment, leave management, employee compensation and MPF administration
• Handle full recruitment cycle including job postings, interview arrangement, contract preparation and on-boarding orientation
• Maintain employee data in HRIS and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
• Prepare regular HR reports for management review
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• At least 5 years of working experience, experience in retail or FMCG industry is preferable
• Hands-on experience in payroll calculation and HRMS application
• Well-versed with Hong Kong employment ordinance and regulations
• Multi-tasking, organized and able to meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
