Human Resources Officer

About the role

Responsible for Human Resources matters for the F&B operation, handling the full recruitment process and employee administration for a catering business.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the full recruitment process, including confirming hiring headcount and costs with responsible managers, placing job advertisements, arranging interviews, recruitment events, and coordinating onboarding/work arrangements after joining
• Handle attendance records, leave tracking, monthly payroll processing, and various employee benefits
• Prepare relevant employment documents, keep personnel information updated in the HR system at all times, and ensure data accuracy
• Assist in the planning and implementation of HR-related projects and initiatives
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor, and carry out temporary tasks as required

About you

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
• At least 2–3 years of recruitment experience in a large company or within the F&B industry
• Full understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and various recruitment channels in the F&B business
• Familiar with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant HR-related regulations
• Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, outgoing, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude with problem-solving skills; hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint; HRIS experience is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English
