Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide support in all-round Human Resources functions
• Build and cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Plan, develop and execute internal associate engagement programmes
• Prepare regular internal communication materials and manage internal communication platforms
• Lead and manage various HR projects
• Perform other Human Resources duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in human resources
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, legislation and relevant regulations
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to perform multiple tasks
