Human Resources Officer

About the role

As a Human Resources Officer, you will handle end-to-end generalist HR operations with a strong focus on sourcing top talent to fuel our growing academic team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for full-time and part-time international tutors and consultants, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and contract negotiation
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new educators, including background checks, visa administration (if applicable), and company training integration
• Maintain precise employee records, manage monthly payroll calculations, oversee MPF contributions, and track leave/attendance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries regarding company policies, perks, and working conditions to build a collaborative work environment
• Ensure all daily human resources activities comply strictly with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Fresh graduates are highly welcome to apply
• Prior internship experience in generalist HR or the education sector is a distinct advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Putonghua)
• Proactive team player with strong communication skills, exceptional organization, and a global mindset
