What they need
- Recruitment and Hiring – Post job vacancies, screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring requirements.
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding – Conduct employee orientation, prepare employment documents, and coordinate onboarding and clearance processes.
- Attendance and Timekeeping – Monitor employee attendance, tardiness, absences, overtime, and undertime, and prepare attendance reports for payroll processing.
- Employee Records Management – Maintain and update employee 201 files, HR databases, and personnel records.
- HR Policies and Compliance – Implement company policies, disseminate HR memoranda, and monitor employee compliance with company rules and regulations.
- Employee Relations – Address employee inquiries and concerns and assist in handling workplace issues and disciplinary documentation.
- Employee Engagement – Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, team-building events, company celebrations, and other initiatives that promote employee morale and workplace collaboration.
- Compensation and Benefits Coordination – Coordinate with Finance regarding payroll concerns, employee benefits, and other compensation matters.
- HR Administration and Reporting – Prepare HR reports, trackers, and administrative documents and assist in training and other HR programs.
- Other Duties – Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager or Management.
