WE ARE HIRING – HR OFFICER

Location: Al Ain, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a qualified and experienced HR Officer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Handle employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Prepare payroll, attendance, leave records, and end-of-service calculations.
• Process employee visas, labor contracts, and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
• Prepare HR reports, memos, warning letters, and company policies.
• Coordinate employee relations and daily HR administrative operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures.
• Experience in payroll, WPS, and HR administration.
• DOH Licensing & Dataflow
• Processing medical insurance
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Healthcare industry experience is an advantage.
• Preferably based in Al Ain.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
