Human Resources Officer (Office Payroll)

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of compensation and benefits duties for Hong Kong office, including but not limited to payroll, final payments, MPF, leave management, taxation and employee benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and payroll requirements across Hong Kong.
• Maintain accurate employee records in SAP, ensure data are up-to-date and reliable.
• Prepare HR reports and data analyses for management review.
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with solid experience in office payroll calculation. F&B / retail / FMCG sector experience in sizable company is a significant advantage.
• Strong commitment to meeting critical monthly payroll cut-offs, with the flexibility to work during payroll period of the month regardless of holidays. Equal compensation leave will be arranged.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
• Hands-on experience in SAP HCM is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized with strong accuracy.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
