Human Resources Officer - Payroll

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for C&B administration including but not limited to payroll, taxation, MPF administration, benefits, report and data analysis for management review
• Maintain Staff personal data, leave record and attendance records in HRIS
• Partner with the HR Manager on annual HR cycles, e.g. budgeting, annual appraisal, benefits renewal, salary review exercise, market benchmarking etc.
• Support the daily HR operations including HR documentation preparation, HR database maintenance and handling internal communications
• Act as a coordinator for different HR policies among different markets
• Work with different parties to coordinate for HR activities, events and campaigns
• Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above, preferably in Human Resources related disciplines
• 2 years or above of working experience in payroll handling, with HRIS exposure is a plus
• Positive, proactive attitude, willingness to contribute in a team environment
• Able to work in fast paced environment, sensitive with figures with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Well versed in labour ordinance of Hong Kong, with knowledge in Macau or other markets is an advantage
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications
