Human Resources Officer/Assistant (C&B)

Responsible:

·         Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including but not limited to compensation and benefits, payroll calculations, final payment, MPF administration, attendance record, leave management and tax administration

·         Responsible front line payroll and final payment calculations and ensure all data is correct

·         Handle all-rounded HR administration duties

·         Provides HR and C&B reports for management’s review

·         Participate in organizing company events including but not limited to Christmas party, staff sales, award event

·         Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

·         Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline

·         Minimum 5 year's experiences in C&B preferably gained in sizable firm or retail industry

·         Well-versed in the Hong Kong employment ordinance and other HR-related

·         Proactive, highly self-motivated with a positive attitude

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently

·         Proficiency in MS office and both English and Chinese word processing

·         Good in both written and verbal English and Mandarin

·         Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant
