HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER/EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Payroll & Statutory

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within the Company's payroll timeline.

2. HR Administration

• Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.

3. Attendance, Leave & Claims

• Monitor and maintain employee attendance , leave & claim records .

4. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist with recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening and interview arrangements.

5. HR Operations & Employee Support

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management.

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of HR administration and payroll processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in payroll processing.
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good time management and ability to meet payroll deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with HRIS / payroll systems is an added advantage.
• Experience with BrioHR will be an advantage.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
