About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Operation professional to join our HR team in South Jakarta, Jakarta on a full-time basis. This role is strategically important to our organisation, as you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of HR operations that support our business objectives and enhance employee experience. You will be the backbone of our HR function, managing critical operational processes and serving as a trusted point of contact for employees and management alike.

What you'll be doing

• Managing employee records, documentation and HR information systems to ensure accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations
• Processing payroll-related matters, leave requests, benefits administration and employee lifecycle transactions with precision and attention to detail
• Coordinating recruitment support activities including candidate scheduling, interview administration and onboarding processes
• Providing day-to-day HR support to employees, responding to enquiries regarding policies, procedures, benefits and employment-related matters
• Maintaining HR databases and producing reports to support management decision-making and HR strategy
• Assisting with the organisation and coordination of HR events, training sessions and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies and internal procedures across all HR operational activities
• Collaborating with other HR team members and departments to streamline processes and improve HR service delivery
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and standard operating procedures

What we're looking for

• A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Proven experience in HR operations, HR administration or a similar HR function within a professional environment
• Strong proficiency with HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
• A thorough understanding of Indonesian employment law, labour regulations and HR best practices
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in all HR documentation and records
• Professional discretion and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organisation
• Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to identifying process improvements
• Familiarity with recruitment support processes and employee onboarding is highly desirable
