Human Resources Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle of the Philippines customer service team, including onboarding, employee changes/transfers, and offboarding .
• Maintain employee records and support attendance, leave, and other day-to-day HR operations.
• Handle employee inquiries and assist with employee relations and internal communication.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and assist with the distribution, tracking, and return of company equipment .
• Work closely with the customer service operations and management teams to support local HR matters.
• Handle other HR administrative and operational tasks as required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of HR Operations / HR Generalist experience in the Philippines.
• Fluent in Chinese and English, Chinese proficiency is mandatory.
• Familiar with Philippine HR practices and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience in BPO, Customer Service, Online Gaming, or iGaming is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively in a remote working environment .
