Human Resources Operations Specialist

We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our team and help manage day-to-day HR functions, support employee engagement, and ensure smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Support:

• Maintain accurate HR records and handle daily HR/admin tasks, including releasing offer letters and purchase orders (PO).
• Coordinate with recruitment, finance, and payroll teams (ADP/QuickBooks).
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding—manage offer letters, forms, background checks, I-9, and E-Verification processes.
• Handle insurance enrollments for consultants.
• Maintain up-to-date employee data such as start/end dates, visa status, and work location.

Engagement & Communication:

• Conduct regular follow-ups with consultants and employees to ensure smooth engagement.
• Maintain clear internal communication regarding policies, updates, and procedures.
• Create and manage feedback channels for continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in HR operations and immigration, preferably within the IT staffing industry.
• Solid understanding of U.S. work visa types and compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
