Part-Time HR

• Source and find suitable candidates based on the company’s available positions.
• Post job vacancies on various recruitment platforms and social media.
• Search for potential candidates through platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Indeed, JobStreet, and other suitable platforms.
• Review candidates’ resumes and profiles to identify suitable applicants.
• Conduct basic screening to check candidates’ suitability and interest in the available position.
• Collect and maintain candidates’ contact details and application information.
• Contact interested candidates and provide them with relevant information about the available position.
• Add suitable and interested candidates directly to the designated recruitment group.
• Follow up with candidates when necessary and update their recruitment status.
• Work closely with the Full-Time HR to support the recruitment process.
• Focus on sourcing sufficient candidates to fill the company’s available vacancies.

Important:
The Part-Time HR will not be responsible for conducting physical or online interviews. The full-time HR will handle the interview process. The main responsibility of the part-time HR is to source, screen, and provide suitable candidates for the available positions.
