HR Payroll Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate salary calculations.
• Collect and validate payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements .
• Support payroll-related activities including salary processing, payslips, and employee queries .
• Assist with PF, ESI, PT, TDS , and other statutory payroll activities.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records .
• Prepare basic payroll reports and MIS using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs and discrepancies.
• Support Full & Final Settlement (F&F) and exit-related payroll activities.
• Assist in resolving employee queries related to salary, deductions, attendance, and payslips .
• Ensure payroll data is updated accurately and within defined timelines.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of HR Payroll processes .
• Knowledge of PF, ESI, PT and TDS is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas.
• Exposure to any HRMS/Payroll software is an advantage.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

• Any Graduate / MBA HR / PGDM HR preferred.
• Candidates with 6 months–1 year of payroll/HR operations experience are preferred.
