Responsibilities:

• Screen and interview candidates and ensure to put forward the best quality candidates

• Proven work experience in recruitment ideally as a Technical Recruiter

• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet)

• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

• Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network

Requirements:

• Should have good understanding of various job portals and will be able to hire the candidates through LinkedIn, indeed etc.

• Experience in screening resumes, taking initial round of interview and scheduling the best candidate for technical round.

• Follow up with the client till joining, salary negotiation.

• Along with IT Recruitment candidate must be having some exposure to other HR Functions such as Joining & Exit formalities, Induction, Attendance & Payroll Management, Employee engagement, Grievance handling, social media handling etc.
