HR Project Coordinator / Payroll & Time & Attendance

We are looking for a proactive and organised Project Coordinator / PMO to support a Payroll and Time & Attendance team.

Reporting to the Program Lead, you will coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, working closely with People & Organisation, IT, vendors, country teams and project leadership to keep delivery on track.

• 12 Month labour lease contract

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project plans and track milestones, deliverables and dependencies.
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops and Steering Committee sessions.
• Maintain risk, issue, action and decision logs, following up on outstanding items and escalating potential delays.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, presentations and executive summaries.
• Consolidate workstream updates into clear communications for project leadership.
• Keep project documentation accurate, accessible and up to date.
• Support communications, training coordination and readiness activities to ensure a smooth transition into business operations.

About you

• Experience in project coordination or PMO support within a complex programme.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident working with business teams, IT stakeholders and external vendors.
• Able to turn detailed project updates into clear, concise reports and presentations.
• Proactive in following up on actions, identifying risks and supporting issue resolution.
• Experience supporting Payroll, Time & Attendance or HR transformation projects would be an advantage.
