Human Resources Project Manager

Overview

Seeking an HR Project Manager to oversee a high-volume, deadline-driven awards nomination program , managing the end-to-end workflow from intake through final submission. This role partners with internal stakeholders, external content partners, and program leadership to coordinate approvals, track deliverables, maintain documentation, and ensure all submissions meet quality standards and deadlines. Deadline 10/24/26.

Type: Contract, On-site M-F

Schedule: Regular day hours

Duration: Around 3 months

Pay: $60 - $65/hr, paid weekly, benefits eligible

HR Project Manager Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in project management within a corporate, financial, or professional services environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple parties and drive deliverables to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and documentation practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, or similar project tracking tools .
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment .
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and accountability.

HR Project Manager Duties

• Manage the end-to-end nomination process , maintaining trackers and monitoring progress through final submission.
• Coordinate feedback, approvals, and review cycles across multiple internal stakeholders to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Attend stakeholder interviews, capture requirements, document key details, and manage follow-up actions.
• Oversee content review and revision workflows between internal teams and external writing partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for nomination-related questions, escalations, timelines, and status updates.
• Identify high-impact case studies and support the development of content that can be repurposed for marketing, thought leadership, and sales enablement initiatives.
• Maintain organized records of submissions, approvals, correspondence, risks, and program documentation while regularly reporting progress to leadership.
