What You'll Do

· Source and recruit candidates through databases, social media, and other channels.

· Develop recruitment strategies for support staff (Admin/PA) and sales/agent roles.

· Create and update job descriptions and job specifications.

· Analyze roles and tasks to clearly define requirements and objectives.

· Screen resumes and job applications.

· Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates efficiently.

· Evaluate candidates' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, aptitude, and suitability for client-facing and sales-oriented roles.

Who We're Looking For

· Own transport.

· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Strong team player with self-discipline and a willingness to learn.

· Able to communicate in English; fluent Mandarin is an advantage.

· Comfortable conducting interviews and assessing candidates across different roles.
