Human Resources - Recruitment

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources - Recruitment located in Makati City. The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill open positions effectively. This role also involves maintaining candidate records, ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, and providing excellent support to hiring managers and candidates.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
• Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficient in recruitment software and platforms
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
