Human Resources Senior Expert and Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Human Resources Senior Expert and Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will provide strategic HR and management guidance in a highly regulated environment, with a strong emphasis on process improvement and organizational effectiveness. The position will partner with stakeholders across the business to strengthen HR policies, support recognition programs, and improve operational practices. It also requires the ability to analyze data, communicate effectively with customers, and contribute to competency modeling and business process redesign.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $155,000 – $165,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services on HR and management issues
• Oversee awards and recognition programs
• Conduct business process mapping and reengineering
• Implement competency modeling
• Engage in customer interactions and communications
• Analyze data and evaluate HR processes
• Develop and revise HR policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience
• Secret clearance mandatory
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
