We are currently seeking a passionate and highly motivated and talented Human Resources to join our team:

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide all rounded HR functions including compensation & benefits, taxation, recruitment and employee relations across Hong Kong and China offices;
• Supervise human resources personnel and liaise with line managers and New York headquarter;
• Responsible for annual salary review exercise and annual insurance plans review;
• Assist to formulate, review and implement policies and procedures which aligned with the organization goals;
• Assist to manage organizational changes, facilitate growth of company culture and maintain positive employee relations;
• Assist with staff activities arrangement;
• Manage attendance and leave records;
• Participate in ad hoc HR project and assignments.

Requirements:

• 2-7 years’ relevant working experiences;
• Diploma in human resources or related discipline;
• Well-versed with the Employment Ordinance and related legislations in Hong Kong and China;
• Experience in garment buying office is an advantage;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Good computer knowledge such as Word, Excel (Pivot table, Vlookup);
• Good interpersonal skills, strong supervisory, negotiation, communication and problem solving skills;
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, able to handle muiti-task and meet the timeline;
• Positive, cheerful, flexible and service oriented.
