We are looking for an HR Services Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations in a global environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with HR systems, managing employee requests, maintaining accurate data, and ensuring timely and reliable HR service delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage HR service requests and follow up on tickets through resolution.
• Maintain and update employee information in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and salary changes.
• Use SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to support HR operational processes.
• Work with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms to track requests and meet service expectations.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to resolve inquiries and maintain consistent service standards.
• Handle recurring operational activities with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in HR Operations, HR Services, or a similar HR support role.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central , preferably with hands-on experience processing employee transactions.
• Experience using ServiceNow or a similar case management or ticketing system.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Comfort working with repetitive tasks and maintaining accurate employee records.

Preferred: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
