About the Role

As a Human Resources Site Lead, you will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, driving organizational effectiveness and talent initiatives across our manufacturing operations. You will champion a culture of engagement and high performance by aligning human capital strategies with overarching business goals.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing coaching on performance management, conflict resolution, and leadership development.
• Design and execute comprehensive workforce planning strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels and talent acquisition success.
• Analyze HR metrics and organizational trends to provide actionable insights that drive productivity and operational improvements.
• Oversee compliance with labor regulations and internal policies, mitigating risk while fostering a fair and inclusive work environment.
• Lead regional change management initiatives and organizational transformation projects to support business evolution.
• Facilitate training and development programs to bridge skill gaps and enhance team capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement standardized HR processes and global initiatives that add tangible value to the facility.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on strategic partnership at the executive level.
• Proven expertise in navigating complex, matrixed organizational structures.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of impacting bottom-line results through HR initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams through periods of significant change and operational transformation.
