More about the Role

• Responsible for leading and managing all HR operational processes across the organization, ensuring efficient delivery of employee lifecycle management, payroll, statutory compliance, HR administration, HRIS governance, employee services and workforce data management;

• The role ensures compliance with applicable labour laws, company policies, and global HR standards while driving process excellence, digitization, and employee experience;

• Responsible for HR Operations and Digital Transformation, Employee Services and HR Administration, Contractor and Workforce Administration and Team Leadership;

• Provide support for system related or procedural inquiries and ensure timely resolution;

• Organize and manage employee recognition and appreciation processes and events;

All About You

• MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources;

• 10-15 years of HR experience. (Minimum 3-5 years in HR Operations leadership). Experience in manufacturing, industrial or multi-location organizations preferred. Strong exposure to payroll, labour laws, compliance, HRIS and employee administration;

• Additional certification in Labour Laws, Payroll, Compliance, HR Analytics or HRIS is preferred;

• Fluency in English both written and verbal;

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;

• Experience with SuccessFactors and/or SAP HR modules is a plus;

• Comptetencies in Leadership & People Management, Process Improvement & Automation, Problem Solving and Attention to Detail;
