岗位职责
- 负责公司核心岗位的人才招聘工作（包括岗位发布、简历筛选、面试安排、候选人沟通及入职流程）
- 与用人部门紧密合作，理解团队需求，制定并优化招聘策略
- 建立和维护招聘渠道，持续拓展Web3/技术类人才池
- 参与公司员工关系管理，支持日常沟通、冲突协调与员工满意度提升
- 协助组织员工绩效评估流程，支持薪资回顾与晋升流程
- 参与优化人力资源管理流程与制度，包括入离职、考勤、合同、档案等基本事务
岗位要求
- 至少2年人力资源从业经验，有招聘模块主导经验优先
- 有Web3从业经验，特别是在项目方团队内担任HR角色者优先
- 熟悉招聘流程、绩效评估与员工关系处理基本流程
- 中英文流利，具备国际化沟通能力和跨文化团队协作经验
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力、抗压能力与自驱力
- 本科及以上学历，人力资源、心理学、管理等相关专业优先
