Human Resources Specialist

C&M Legal is partnering with a New York City law firm to add an HR Specialist to their team. This role provides broad HR support with a focus on coordinating recruitment activities for a growing department. You'll work closely with senior leadership, external candidates, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Hybrid role - Onsite days based in NYC
• Prior experience managing onboardings for new hires
• Must have prior legal or IT recruiting experience
• Looking for candidates who are highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to coordinate with C-Suite to develop hiring plans
