Human Resources Specialist

Responsibilities:
Attendance & Payroll:

• Monitor and report employee attendance.
• Prepare and calculate attendance data, including overtime, for payroll processing.

General Affairs:

• Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment.
• Ensure office cleanliness and oversee maintenance quality control.
• Handle employee administration from onboarding to offboarding.

Legal & Compliance:

• Draft and review employee-related documents.
• Manage and review Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) and other agreements.
• Recruitment & Workforce Planning:
• Conduct manpower planning to meet organizational goals.
• Source, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.

Employee Engagement & Relations:

• Plan and coordinate company events to foster teamwork and engagement.
• Address employee concerns and mediate disputes effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and General Affairs.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Motivates teams and maintains a positive work environment.
