Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Human Resources Specialist to support the growth and culture of IGate. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with Saudi labor laws.

• Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.

• Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

• Support learning and development initiatives across all IGate platforms.

• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management.

• Coordinate with payroll and finance for accurate compensation processing.

• Support strategic HR initiatives aligned with company growth and innovation objectives.

• Contribute to building IGate’s unique company culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup or innovation-driven environment.

• Solid knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in Arabic and English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., Menaitech, Bayzat, or others).

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• High level of discretion and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

• HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent).
• Experience with performance management frameworks.
• Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting.
