Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable HR Specialist to support HKSEA HR operations in a growing company environment.

• Handle day-to-day HR operations across multiple countries, including leave, attendance, claims, employee documentation, HRIS and general HR administration.
• Prepare and validate payroll pre-work, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Support the administration of statutory and government contributions and related submissions.
• Work closely with the TA team to ensure smooth recruitment execution and timely follow-up, including job posting, candidate coordination, interview scheduling and offer/onboarding administration.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes, policies and guidelines, ensuring alignment with local labour regulations and internal practices.
• Act as the 1st-tier HR support for routine employee enquiries and requests.
• Follow established HR processes and SOPs, and support process improvements where appropriate.
• Assist with ad hoc HR operational tasks and projects as required.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR operations.
• Good understanding of HR operations and employment practices in Hong Kong, exposure to the SEA area is an advantage.
• Experience working in a growing company / fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and good numerical and data accuracy.
• Proficient in Mac OS / MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Native Cantonese, fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage routine tasks independently.
