Human Resources Specialist

The Human Resources Specialist role offers an opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end Human Resources (HR) operations within an international manufacturing company. The position covers recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, reporting, and collaboration with regional teams and headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Coordinate payroll and administer compensation and benefits
• Administer visa and work permit processes
• Ensure compliance with Thai labour laws and HR policies
• Prepare HR reports and support HR audits
• Coordinate with regional teams and headquarters on HR initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of HR generalist experience
• Good knowledge of Thai labour law and employment regulations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good command of English
• Experience using a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) will be an advantage
