Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including handling employee inquiries, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring accurate documentation of employment changes. The specialist will assist in implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes. Daily tasks also include supporting performance and attendance management, collaborating with managers on HR-related issues, and helping ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards. The role requires close cooperation with cross-functional teams to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.

• Candidates should possess HR Management and HR Policies expertise.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Benefits administration.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in HR roles within fast-paced or tech/Internet-based environments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HRIS tools and basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations is beneficial.
