Human Resources Specialist

Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Specialist at Group Z International of 50 employees. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for performing various HR tasks, including managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and HR management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end HR operations in alignment with company policies, HR strategies, and business requirements etc;
• Partner with internal stakeholders and management to provide professional HR advice, solutions, and people-related support.
• Support talent acquisition activities, including recruitment, salary benchmarking, onboarding and offboarding, visa and work permit coordination, and employee benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Prepare HR reports, analysis, and relevant workforce data to support management decision-making.
• Coordinate key annual HR processes, including salary review, promotion, and insurance renewal.
• Coordinate and support employee learning and development activities, including training logistics, participant management, evaluation, and follow-up.
• Support learning initiatives, development programs, and tools designed to enhance employee capabilities and engagement.
• Review and manage employment-related documents and contracts, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on legal and regulatory matters, including labor law and import/export regulations etc;
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and business information.
• Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and other ad-hoc initiatives as required.
