We are hiring for our offices in Piraeus an Human Resorces Specialist.

General Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in HR Department
• University Degree, preferably in HR/Business Administration
• Computer Literacy
• Very good level in English (verbal and written)

Job Description

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, social media, networking, and direct search activities.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth employee integration experience.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, HR letters, and other employee-related documentation.
• Administer hiring, employee changes, and termination processes in compliance with company policies and labor legislation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Monitor employee leave, absences, and attendance records while supporting payroll data administration.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and employment-related matters.
• Coordinate employee benefits programs, including private health insurance.
• Support performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational development projects.
