As a profitable, family-owned business with ambitious growth plans across the UK and Ireland, we're looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract for up to 15 months, starting immediately. Reporting to the HR & Business Change Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our growth and transformation agenda.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract for up to 15 months. Reporting to the HR & Business Change Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our growth and transformation agenda.

Responsibilities

• Driving job evaluation and organisational design activity
• Leading complex Employee Relations cases from start to finish
• Supporting business change, restructures and culture initiatives
• Managing recruitment and talent acquisition projects
• Coaching managers and providing pragmatic HR advice
• Supporting employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives
• Working across both the UK and Ireland

Required Skills

• Proven generalist HR experience within a fast-paced business environment
• Strong experience in job evaluation
• Confident managing complex ER cases independently
• Experience supporting organisational change and engagement programmes
• Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills

Qualification and Experience

• CIPD qualified (or working towards Level 7 qualification) preferred
• Manufacturing or industrial sector experience
