We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist who will work on new projects, improve our process and leave a mark on the future!

How do we portray the ideal candidate?

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employer Branding, Internal Communication, or other HR Centers of Excellence
• Proven experience in leading or owning HR projects and improving people processes
• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and modern HR practices
• Passion for creating engaging employee experiences and building a strong employer brand
• Curious about HR technologies, digital transformation, AI, and data-driven decision making
• Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LMS platforms, or other digital HR tools is an advantage
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and generate meaningful insights

What will you be doing as a Human Resources Specialist at Adel?

• Lead and continuously improve Talent Management processes across the employee lifecycle
• Drive recruitment, employer branding, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives
• Design and coordinate learning programs, development journeys, and talent projects
• Manage employer branding activities, university relations, internship, and talent programs
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare dashboards to support data-driven decision making
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the overall employee experience
• Collaborate closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand organizational needs and deliver impactful HR solutions
• Stay up to date with HR trends, digital solutions, and AI-powered practices to continuously improve our ways of working
