Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will support and enhance HR operations by managing core HR processes and employee lifecycle activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, maintaining personnel records, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. The role involves working closely with employees and leadership to address HR-related inquiries, ensure compliance with company guidelines, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kozhikode, with the flexibility to perform some duties from home.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to oversee daily HR operations and support organizational goals.
• Experience developing, implementing, and updating HR Policies that promote fairness, consistency, and compliance.
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and coordination with service providers.
• Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records, supporting employee relations, and handling confidential information responsibly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and fostering an inclusive environment.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with HR information systems and basic office software tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in an HR specialist or generalist role, particularly in hybrid or office-based settings, is preferred.
