Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This position requires excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment. The Human Resources Specialist will ensure smooth HR operations while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Duties

• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews in both English and Spanish.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in both languages.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
• Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other employee development initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Support performance management processes by facilitating communication between employees and management.
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
• Perform administrative duties such as preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and managing correspondence related to HR functions.

Experience

• Previous experience in human resources preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with diverse teams.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Familiarity with HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
