About The Role

As a HR Senior Specialist, Learning & Development and Analytics, you will be responsible for managing HR Learning & Development function and under the guardianship of the Head of Department, the HR Senior Specialist will assist in all areas of Employee Learning Initiatives/Delivery, Management Development Initiatives/Delivery, Learning Governance and Policies, Learning Management System, HR Analytics in maintaining HR dashboard/data, HRDF related learning, Training Needs Analysis. The role encompasses design, deploy and delivering Learning, Development & Training delivery for Commerz Global Service Solutions.

You are required to be able to work with minimal supervision and could utilise your knowledge, experience, and judgement to accomplish goals.

Ultimately, you will work closely with the HR team to foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures always runs smoothly with a solid knowledge of governing overall Learning, Development, Training and HR Analytics.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate the design and delivery of learning, development and training initiatives.
• Support employee and management development programmes, training needs analysis, and learning governance.
• Administer and maintain learning records through HRIS and Learning Management Systems.
• Prepare HR dashboards, metrics and analytics to support decision-making.
• Support HR policies, compliance, workplace safety initiatives and general HR administration.
• Work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth, effective and employee-focused HR processes.

Who you will bring

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• You bring at least 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development or a related HR role.
• You have sound knowledge of HR learning solutions, HR analytics, HRIS and Learning Management Systems.
• You are highly organised, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• You communicate confidently, handle confidential information professionally and enjoy solving problems.
