Location: Lehi, UT

Status: Full-Time

Hours: Monday–Friday; 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Pay/Salary: $50,000

Summary

The Human Resources Specialist supports core HR functions including onboarding, background checks, record management, recruitment, and employee relations. This position collaborates with HR leadership and team members to ensure the department's smooth operation, compliance with company policies, and a positive employee experience.

What You'll Do:

• You’ll support our team across recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations, and be the go-to person for day-to-day HR questions.
• Run recruiting, from posting roles, to setting up interviews, to extending offers
• Onboarding for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and first week coordination
• Serve as a point of contact for employees
• Maintain employee recrods in HRIS and keep us compliant with state/federal requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Education Requirements: Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate's degree in human resources, business, or a closely related field. Three years of related experience is strongly preferred; OR any combination of education and/or experience related to the summary of duties totaling five years.
• Technical Skills: Experience using an HRIS system is strongly preferred. Strong skills with Google Suite.
• Communication & Organizational Skills: Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational instincts and ability to multitask.
