Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for a motivated HR Generalist to join our HR team at our office in Nasr City, Cairo.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and follow up on day-to-day HR operations.

Manage employee attendance, leaves, absences, and related records.

Support onboarding, hiring, and employee offboarding processes.

Maintain and update employee files and HR records.

Prepare HR reports and provide accurate employee data when required.

Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR support.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in Human Resources.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred.

Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.

Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Good command of English is a plus.
