Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team in Białystok, Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including employment contracts, amendments, terminations, and employment certificates.
• Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and HR documentation.
• Keep employee data up to date in HR systems and internal databases.
• Coordinate vacation planning, working time tracking, and absence management.
• Prepare HR-related documents, certificates, reports, and data for payroll processing.
• Monitor deadlines for medical examinations and health & safety training.
• Advise employees on HR matters and internal policies.
• Cooperate with managers on job descriptions and personnel documentation.
• Support recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, and initial interviews.
• Conduct employee surveys and prepare summary reports with key insights.
• Contribute to HR projects focused on process improvement and automation.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in HR administration, including independent management of personnel documentation in Poland
• Strong practical knowledge of Polish labor law and HR documentation requirements
• Excellent attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to organize work independently in a multitasking environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and employee-oriented approach
• Experience working with HR systems; knowledge of Enova will be an advantage
• English and Russian language skills (B1+)
• Willingness to support recruitment activities when needed and learn new tools
• Knowledge of regulations related to employing foreign nationals will be considered an advantage

It’s a plus, if you have

• Experience with Enova
• Experience supporting international employees
• Previous involvement in recruitment processes

• Salary from 7000 to 9500 PLN before taxes.
• Managers’Annual Bonus, if personal annual goals are 100% achieved, employee will be awarded up to 1-month salary bonus after one year of employment.
