Human Resources Specialist

Job Purpose:

Implement and otherwise ensure proper implementation within the mall or branch level, all processes and procedures derived from policies and guidelines, plans and programs, as well as, enunciated strategic directions that impact on Human Resource administration and operations within the areas of recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits, personnel and labor relations, organizational development, training, performance management and other related human resource functions in order to provide and achieve appropriate and productive working relationships among management and its employees within the mall, and within the limits provided by corporate guidelines, local ordinances and the Labor Laws or Code.

Areas of Responsibilities:

• Functional Support (Employee On-boarding, Training, Discipline and Engagement)
• Compensation and Benefits
• Compliance and Documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources or any related course
• Skills in handling people and supervising them to accomplish specific HR tasks
• Knowledge in some recruitment processes, compensation and benefits processes or employee relations related work
• A good understanding of the role of the Human Resources division as a business partner and is customer service oriented
• Candidate must be willing to be assigned in SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City
