The Role

What You'll Need

• 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles, with knowledge of Indian employment laws.

• Experience supporting recruitment processes and working with HR systems.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work proactively across time zones.

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
