Human Resources Specialist - HR Reporting and Projects

Roles

• Workforce Analytics & Reporting: Design, maintain, and consolidate HR dashboards to track headcount, turnover, C&B, and talent mobility. Deliver data-driven insights and executive presentations to support strategic decision-making.
• Total Rewards & Compensation: Conduct market benchmarking, salary reviews, and budget analysis to ensure market competitiveness. Support Total Rewards projects, annual benefit renewal exercises, and long-term financial alignment.
• Benefits & Vendor Management: Oversee the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, leave policies, and wellness programs. Partner with external service providers for health insurance and retirement schemes to ensure seamless service delivery.
• HR Systems, Projects & Compliance: Coordinate strategic HR projects, workforce planning, and HRIS enhancements to drive process efficiency. Ensure strict compliance with local labor regulations and company policies across all jurisdictions.

Requirement

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 6 to 8 years of solid HR experience, with a focus on HR analytics, reporting, and strategic project management.
• Demonstrated experience in HR data integrity, process optimization, and system enhancements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with acute attention to detail.
• Self-starter who works independently, takes initiative, and adapts well to a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
