HUMAN RESOURCES SPESIALIST

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, and payroll coordination.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.

• Manage expatriate administration, including visa applications, KITAS, and other relevant government permits.

• Serve as a communication bridge between local employees and Mandarin-speaking management.

• Prepare HR reports and provide data analysis to support management decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & GA or a similar role.

• Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin and Indonesian. English proficiency is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

• Experience in the heavy equipment, manufacturing, or construction industry is an advantage.
