About the role

This role encompasses recruitment, training coordination, employee discipline administration, and general HR support functions within an organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Receive all MRF and proceed with sourcing of candidates
• Prepare, administer, score and conduct pre-employment examination evaluation reports
• Prepare and conduct periodic performance evaluation of personnel
• Update and monitor MRF, MP Request Monitoring File, Masterlist, and Summary of Applicant Monitoring
• Conduct new hire orientation, discuss and issue job description, handbook, and prepare and compile all requirements in 201 files of the employee
• Prepare and issue forms (BIR 1902, Philhealth ER2, Zone Pass and Company ID) to newly hired personnel
• Receive training requests and coordinate with QCA schedule for production operational training
• Conduct training needs analysis and training evaluation
• Conduct training effectiveness checking at 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year
• Receive and review incident reports for minor, light, serious and grave offences, and prepare NTE/NOV, NOH, NDA as needed

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any related field
• At least 6 months of relevant work experience in Human Resources or a related discipline (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Knowledgeable in office administrative procedures and record-keeping practices
• Proficient in computer applications and office software
