Human Resources Staff

About the role

This role supports the entire recruitment process, from workforce planning through candidate selection. You will manage personnel administration including payroll, leave requests, and employee documentation, while providing support for employee development and training programs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for questions regarding company policies and procedures, assist in analyzing human resources data to support strategic decision-making, and coordinate internal activities and events to strengthen positive company culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support the entire recruitment process, from workforce planning to selection of suitable candidates
• Manage personnel administration, including payroll, leave requests, and employee document management
• Provide support in implementing employee development and training programs
• Serve as the primary contact for handling questions related to company policies and procedures
• Assist in analyzing human resources data to support strategic decision-making
• Coordinate internal activities and events to strengthen positive company culture

About you

• Minimum S1 education in Human Resources Management or related field
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Human Resources (HR)
• Understanding of human resources management principles and employment regulations in Indonesia
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) well
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently and in teams, with good organizational skills
• Proactive, with high initiative and problem-solving orientation
• Willing to undertake official travel outside Java
