What they need
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a project site environment (construction, EPC, mining, oil & gas, manufacturing plant, or infrastructure).
- Proven experience setting up HR operations at a new site or new business unit is strongly preferred.
- Experience handling large-scale manpower mobilization, including blue-collar and subcontractor workforce.
- Experience dealing with local communities, village authorities, and local labor offices (Disnaker).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and regulations: UU No. 13/2003 as amended by UU Cipta Kerja (UU No. 6/2023), PP 35/2021 (PKWT, outsourcing, working hours, termination), PP 36/2021 (wages), and regional minimum wage (UMK) regulations.
- Working knowledge of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan registration and claims.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HRIS or payroll systems.
- Communication skills English (written and spoken) is a MUST
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure and project deadlines.
